We have a 7 day returns policy.
This means you have 7 days after receiving your purchase to request a return. If 7 days have passed since your
receipt date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your purchase must be faulty.
Your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You will
also need the receipt or “proof of on-line purchase”, being either an invoice, receipt or bank statement.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to
us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you
receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify where necessary.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. Please get in touch if you have questions
or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an
email at[email protected]. Once your request is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
